Our NSC Media Volunteer Team uses technology in the form of sound, video, lighting and graphics to enhance the life-changing message of Jesus. If you have a heart for service and a desire to learn, we will do the rest. Our NSC Media Staff is committed to equip and train you. All we ask is that you serve!

 

The Worship Ministry at NorthStar Church is designed to provide our members a place to serve God using their God-given talents. Our goal is to dramatically communicate the life changing message of Jesus Christ. Due to the size of our church and the standard of excellence we have set, we require all prospective drama and music team members to sign up and attend team meetings.

 

The Compass Center Volunteer Team provides Christian resources to the NorthStar community by assisting customers with their purchases, and answering questions.  If you enjoy serving others, this will be a great opportunity for you!

 

The NSC Cafe' Volunteer Team provides refreshments to the NorthStar community..  If you enjoy serving others, this will be a great opportunity for you!

 

This team is made up of to divisions. Maintenance and Cleaning. Visitors and Members will see a neat and clean visual appearance for NorthStar Church.  The outside property will be attractive and welcoming through seasonal up-keep and maintenance.  Visitors and Members will experience a properly functioning building that provides a positive atmosphere and experience. Members and Visitors will experience clean and inviting church facilities at all times.  Volunteers will be on weekly rotating cleaning teams, no team will clean the church more than once a month.  Volunteers will be contacted by the Cleaning Crew leader for the day and time of cleaning.

 

Student Ministry Team
Student Ministries foster an environment that will expose students to an expository preaching style of God's Word.  We will give students the opportunity to develop close friendships with other believers that will in turn show how God has dynamically shaped their life.  This will be accomplished through large and small group Bible Studies, Summer Camps, Disciple Now Events, and short term/long term Missions, to name a few.  Student Ministries will bridge the gap that students feel between corporate worship versus their place in the Church.  Student Ministries will involve discipleship through godly adults as well as older students.
